Adult Training

As with youth, adults too can have great results with strength training.  Benefits can range from weight loss or maintenance, injury prevention and rehab, increase in bone mineral density, and an increased quality of life.  Getting the body stronger can improve mood and self-confidence. With small group training adults are offered individualized programs made to fit whatever fitness goal you may have in a fun, positive, and supportive environment.
